When Baby is Sick!

We offer a repair service for when your baby is ill.

Give us a call on (02) 6651 8138 and we will perform a diagnostic test with you over the phone you can download a test procedure from here and have it ready when you call.

If you need to send your baby back for repair:

  1. Please DO NOT wrap baby in printed or shredded paper. The best way is to use your original box and wrap your baby in a bunny rug.
  2. Include a note detailing the problem you are having.
  3. Contact and School details.
  4. Please advise if you require a qoute before work commenses.
